4:32 p.m., Anna Smith, 34, of 6 West Pleasant St., Apt. 3, Oakland, was arrested on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 8:45 a.m., Michael McKeown, 29, of 20 Kennebec St., arrested on a warrant, on College Avenue.

Thursday at 1:26 a.m., David McCaslin Sr., 71, of 1104 Main St., North Vassalboro, was arrested on a charge of operating with expired license over 90 days, Appleton Street.
