AUGUSTA — Amy Lachance and James Paulette were married October 1, 2011 at Moody Memorial Chapel in Hinckley.

The bride is the daughter of Paul and Connie Lachance of Augusta. The bridegroom is the son of Paul and Denise Paulette of Oakland.

Amy’s sister Cheryl Brigham was matron of honor; her bridesmaids were Erica Paulette, Jill Tatarcyk and Danielle Doyon.

Nick Bouchard was the best man. Pete Brigham and Evan Sammons were ushers.

A reception was held at the Waterville Elks Lodge.

The bride is a 2003 graduate of Cony High School, a 2007 graduate of the University of Maine at Farmington, and a 2011 graduate of the University of Maine at Augusta. She is employed by NRF Distributors in Augusta.

The bridegroom is a 2003 graduate of Messalonskee High School, a 2009 graduate of Kennebec Valley Community College, a 2010 graduate of the University of Maine at Augusta, and a 2012 graduate of Thomas College. He is employed by the Department of Veterans Affairs at Togus in Augusta.

The couple went on a honeymoon to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. They currently reside in Augusta.
