PHILLIPS — Guesses are now being accepted for the second annual Toothaker Pond Ice-Out Contest.
Cost is $5 per guess. Participants will choose a date and time from now until a cut-off date in early April. Guesses can be made at Phillips Hardware, 5K Pizza or in person to Winona Davenport or Rick or Dora Dill.
Winners will share half of their winnings with a community group or charity in Phillips, Avon or Madrid.
