Azalea Voorhees looks through the window at people inside The Downtown Diner on a warm Tuesday afternoon. She and her mother, Annie Voorhees, had their lunch   outside on the first day of spring. The diner had just set up sidewalk seating Monday for the season. It should be warm today and Thursday before a cold spell arrives Friday.
