WATERVILLE — Police are looking for a man who robbed CVS Pharmacy on Kennedy Memorial Drive at about 2:30 p.m. Sunday.

A store clerk described the man as 19 or 20 years old, about 5 foot 3 inches tall with dark complexion — possibly from a tan, according to dispatch reports. The man was wearing a blue knit cap and a dark sweatshirt, and he had dark, curly hair obscuring his face.

According to dispatch reports, the man left a note on the counter saying he would shoot anyone who followed him, but store employees never saw a gun. After the man left the store, employees locked the doors and dialed 911.

Shortly after the robbery was reported, police were at the scene with guns drawn. Since then, their search has been focused on Cool Street.

So far, there have been no arrests.

CVS spokesman Mike DeAngelis wouldn’t comment on the incident.

Updates will be posted as they become available.
