IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 2:37 p.m., James Smith, 32, of 2617A West River Road, Sidney,  arrested on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violation of conditions of release and a probation and parole hold, on Highland Avenue.
7 p.m., Margo Mayhew,  21, of 12 Hathaway St., arrested on a warrant, on Common Street.
Friday at 1:12 a.m., Arthur Winship, 22, of 180 West River Road, arrested on a charge of operating under the influence, at CVS, on Kennedy Memorial Drive.
