8:05 p.m., a male was verbally warned after reported phone harassment on Morgan Drive.
11:54 p.m., a warning for disorderly conduct was issued after a noise complaint on Hill Street.
Summons
IN OAKLAND, Wednesday at 8:34 p.m., a 17-year-old male was summoned on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Oak Street. He was released to his parents.
