IN FAIRFIELD, Thursday at 2:10 p.m., Edward Spaulding, 53, of 71 Grove St., Waterville, was arrested on a warrant.

5:34 p.m., Nicholas G. Bickford, 27, of 230 Ridge Road, Fairfield, was arrested on a charge of violating condition of release.
