5:34 p.m., Nicholas G. Bickford, 27, of 230 Ridge Road, Fairfield, was arrested on a charge of violating condition of release.
Summons
IN FAIRFIELD, Thursday at 7:03 p.m., Richard T. Flood, 30, of 257 Valley Road, Jefferson, was summoned on a charge of attaching false plates.
