WATERVILLE — City councilors will discuss proposed budgets at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the city council chambers.
The special meeting will include review of proposed budgets for health and welfare, Waterville Public Library, Parks and Recreation, police, outside agencies and capital improvements. No votes will be taken.
