2:13 p.m., a theft was reported on Summer Street.
3:07 p.m., criminal trespass was reported at Cumberland Farms on College Avenue.
3:21 p.m., a shoplifter was reported at Walmart, at Waterville Commons.
3:21 p.m., a vehicle accident with personal injury was reported near First Congregational Church on Eustis Parkway.
3:42 p.m., juvenile offenses were reported on The Concourse, on Main Street.
4:49 p.m., a burglary was reported on Hazelwood Avenue.
4:49 p.m., a vehicle burglary was reported at the American Legion on College Avenue.
5:10 p.m., threatening was reported at Waterville Public Library.
5:39 p.m., a shoplifter was reported at Walmart.
6:58 p.m., an intoxicated person was reported at Cumberland Farms on College Avenue.
8:34 p.m., threatening was reported at the Big Apple on  Elm Street.
9:10 p.m., a burglary was reported on Messalonskee Avenue.
10:38 p.m., an unwanted person was reported on Ticonic Street.
11:45 p.m., four youths were summoned at Elm Plaza and charged with minor consuming liquor. Two were also charged with refusing to submit to arrest or detention and refusing to stop.
Thursday at 12:28 a.m., threatening was reported on Elm Street.
12:40 a.m., a theft was reported at the Big Apple on Elm Street.
12:45 a.m., an unwanted person was reported at Champions, at Elm Plaza.

Arrests

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 3:57 p.m., Melissa Burdette, 22, of 175 Stone Road, Vassalboro, arrested on a charge of theft, at Walmart.
3:55 p.m., Mariano J. Parker, 35, of 20 Sanger Avenue, Apt. 2, arrested on charges of unauthorized use of property, operating after suspension and violation of conditions of release, at Maine Smoke Shop on College Avenue.
6:27 p.m., Kenneth R. Austin, 29, of American Lodge, Route 201, Fairfield, arrested on a warrant, as well as charges of OAS, refusal to give correct name and refusing to submit to arrest, on Front Street.
