Spectrum Generations recently announced the expansion of its adult case management team to better serve the needs of adults with physical and intellectual disabilities in central Maine. The newest member of the team, Shelly Maheux LeBlond, brings her experience in children’s and mental health services and person centered planning coordination to the growing field.

Supervisor Sandy LaBelle, and her staff of case managers, work with consumers, families and providers to access resources and services in the community, home and work, which enhances independent living skills, promotes good health, well-being, and participation in the community. Clients are helped to develop a plan to identify their needs and desires, then monitored during implementation of the plan.
