PITTSFIELD — Sebasticook Valley Health recently updated its computed tomography scan unit with one that offers new technology as well as enhanced features that ensure patient comfort and safety while providing the best-possible images for diagnosis and treatment.
The 64-slice CT scanner, located in the Imaging Department, can be found in a newly constructed CT suite that is larger with improved accessibility for all patients. The suite was constructed by a local construction company last winter, and the work caused no disruption to patient care at the hospital.
