FARMINGTON — Everyone’s Resource Depot recently announced the schedule for its July Arts and Crafts workshops. These programs are open to children of all ages from 3 to 4 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays during July at the Education Center on the University of Maine at Farmington.

Each workshop will feature a variety of craft projects using scrap materials. Children will be assisted by student workers of University of Maine at Farmington’s Upward Bound program.

Topics for each session will be: July 3 and 5, Holiday Hats; July 10 and 12, Windy Day Projects; July 17 and 19, Noisemakers; and July 24 and 26, Make a Treasure Box or Piggy Bank. A $1 fee will be charged for materials and instruction.

Summer hours are 3-5 p.m. Monday-Friday, and 10 a.m.-noon. Saturday. Special openings at other times can be arranged.
