TERRAPIN TURN: Clyde Dyar drives around a Snapping Turtle Wednesday near his home in Mount Vernon.  Several types of terrapins are crossing roadways after nesting, warranting caution on behalf of drivers.  Dyar stopped his bike and assisted the turtle to the other side of the road.
