BENTON — The 40th annual East Benton Fiddle Convention and Contest will be 11 a.m. to dusk Sunday, July 29, at Littlefield Farm, 270 Richard’s Road. This event is rain or shine.

Admission is $10 at the gate and free for children younger than 12.

Performing bands will be Northern Valley Boys, Old Grey Goose, Country Choir, Jewel Clark, East Benton Jug Band and The Maranacook String Band. Master of ceremony will be Eric Rolfson and Jeff McKeen.

Fiddle contest registration ends at 1 p.m. No dogs will be permitted on the event field at any time. No glass bottles. Camping available.
