OAKLAND — The Acadia Wind Ensemble will present a summer concert at 7 p.m. Friday, June 29, in the Messalonskee Performing Arts Center. The Acadia Wind Ensemble is a band consisting of music educators from across Maine. The group meets once a year to perform advanced repertoire for the band medium. The concert is free of charge, but donations are welcome.

This year, the Ensemble will be conducted by Anthony Maiello from George Mason University in Virginia.
