9 p.m., Anthony Harmon, 30, of 27 County Acres Lane, Rome, arrested on a charge of violation of a protection order.
9:56 p.m., Angela Brooks, 30, of 4 Western Court, Apt. 2, arrested on two warrants, on Western Court.
Wednesday at 1:22 a.m., Jacob Labonte, 22, of 14 Rancourt St., arrested on a charge of violation of condition of release, on Hathaway Street.
2:18 a.m., Paul Meng, 36, of 3 Carrean St., arrested on charges of violation of a protection order, violation of conditions of release and operating under the influence, on Pine Street.
