WAYNE, N.J. — A daughter, Layla Anita Shepherd, was born Aug. 30 to Ashley and Bill Shepherd of Wayne, N.J. She weighed six pounds, nine ounces and measured 19 3/4 inches in length.

Grandparents are Nancy and Robert Marandola of Madison, Tina and Bill Libby of Anson, and Bill and Sharon Shepherd of Belgrade. Great-grandparents are Anita and Norman Lancaster of Skowhegan.

Keegan Allen Landry

GRAY — A son, Keegan Allen Landry, was born at 1:46 a.m. Aug. 26 at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston to Meghan Annette Landry of Gray and Allen Jenness.

He weighed six pounds 15 ounces and measured 20 inches in length.

Grandparents are Laurie and Don Goodenow of New Gloucester, John and Pat Landry of Auburn, and Clarence and Angela Jenness of Waterville.

Great-grandparents are Darrell and Gail Sheive of Waterville, Pat Lachance of Waterville, and Joe and Lewella Landry of Saco.

Samuel James Mannett

GRAY — A son, Samuel James Mannett, was born at 2:13 p.m. Sept. 4 at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston to Thomas and Abbie Mannett of Gray.

He weighed 10 pounds two ounces and measured 21 1/2 inches in length. Siblings are Andrew Nadeau and Thomas Mannett IV.

Grandparents are Thomas and Nancy Mannett of Embden, Pamela Demers of Dover, N.H., and Normand and Tina Nadeau of Auburn.

Great-grandparents are Andrew and Patricia Demers of New Gloucester. Great-great-grandparents are Annie Demers of Auburn.
