At 8:21 p.m., Momeine J. Bynum, 35, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault following a report of disorderly conduct on Water Street.

8:41 p.m., Roy Davis, 33, of Suwanee, Ga., was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle under the influence, and summonsed for operating while license suspended and leaving the scene of an accident, following a crash at the Kentucky Fried Chicken and Taco Bell on Darin Drive.

9:43 p.m., Charles L. Lowe, 37, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence terrorizing following a report of a domestic disturbance on Hillcrest Street
