NEVER FORGOTTEN: Wardens stand at attention as District Game Warden Kris Barboza, right, hangs a pennant Wednesday to a flag carried by the Wardens during the annual Fallen Officer Memorial Run.  The 15 mile run from Vassalboro to Augusta by Game Wardens from across Maine remembers the 15 wilderness law enforcement officers who have died serving the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife.  The runners, including family members of wardens and officers from other agencies, stopped every mile to salute a deceased colleague and attach a pennant to the Warden Service flag.
