FARMINGTON — Marc Edwards of the University of Maine Cooperative Extension will conduct an introductory workshop from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, at Cooperative Extension’s office, 138 Pleasant St.
Pre-registration is required; cost is $15.
This workshop is for new and existing farmers not engaging in agritourism activities, but may be considering developing agritourism on their farms. Developing tourism activities on a farm can generate potentially significant supplemental income. Light snacks will be provided.
