1:47 p.m., a shoplifter was reported at Marden’s Surplus & Salvage, on Kennedy Memorial Drive.
3:17 p.m., a shoplifter was reported at Spirit Halloween, on Kennedy Memorial Drive.
4:32 p.m., a vehicle burglary was reported on Industrial Road.
5:07 p.m., an assault was reported at Dollar Tree on The Concourse.
5:23 p.m., the Fire Department responded to a report of an unknown chemical spill at Thayer Campus, MaineGeneral Medical Center, on North Street. During the cleanup, officials determined it was not a hazardous chemical, according to Fire Chief David LaFountain.
5:57 p.m., a runaway was reported on Oakland Street.

3:24 p.m., Amanda Libby, 28, of 40 Caldwell Drive, arrested on a warrant, at Marden’s.
Monday at 3:13 a.m., Crystal McIntosh, 30, of 11 High St., Apt. 1, arrested on a warrant, at the Police Department.
