WATERVILLE — MaineGeneral Health is one of 20 organizations nationwide chosen to receive the Advisory Board Employee Engagement Initiative’s 2012 Excellence in Engagement Award. The award honors U.S. hospitals and health systems that exhibit extraordinary levels of workforce engagement. Winners were recognized at the EEI National Summit in Chicago.
MaineGeneral was nominated for this award for achieving high employee engagement numbers and low disengagement numbers on its annual employee engagement survey conducted in May.
