FAIRFIELD — Miranda M. Liberty of Fairfield was recently named to the 2012 spring semester dean’s list at the University of New England with a 3.80 grade-point average.

WINSLOW — Emily M. Farrell of Winslow was recently named to the 2012 spring semester dean’s list at Tufts University.

BURNHAM — A daughter, Anna Elizabeth Whitney, was born May 18 at MaineGeneral in Waterville to Brian and Hillary Whitney of Burnham. She weighed eight pounds five ounces and measured 19 inches in length.
