BELGRADE — Belgrade Regional Health Center will offer a living well seminar beginning in February. The series will focus on self-management of chronic conditions by creating an interactive environment. Participants will discuss coping and relaxation techniques and participate in brainstorming activities with trained co-leaders.

Chordsmen to perform singing valentines
For those looking for something different for their valentine, a barbershop quartet of the Kennebec Valley Chordsmen can be hired to perform a singing valentine at a home or workplace or any chosen location in Kennebec or Somerset counties from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 12, or during the day Monday and Tuesday, Feb. 13 and 14. A red rose and a personal card will also be provided. The service costs $35.
