SKOWHEGAN — Mikayla Violette, 10, is battling Ewing’s Sarcoma, bone cancer, according to a press release. The following events will benefit her fight:

* Benefit spaghetti supper 6 to 7 p.m. Saturday, at T and B’s Celebration Center. There will be drawings and a prize auction from 7 to 8 p.m., then dancing and fun with DJ Boz from 8 to 11 p.m. Tickets cost $14.

* Pure Hair Style, Silver St., will host a cut-a-thon from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1. Haircuts will cost $10 and waxes will cost $5. For more information, call Louann Barnes at 399-0551.

* A Chinese auction is set for Saturday, Feb. 23, at Skowhegan/Madison Elks Lodge, Silver St. Doors open at 9 a.m. and drawings begin at 12:30 p.m. To donate items to auction or for more information, call Louann Barnes at 399-0551.

There will also be hope earrings and “Banding together for Mikayla” bands available for a donation at West Front Market on West Front Street.
