MANCHESTER — The Planning Board in scheduled to meet Thursday to discuss proposed ordinance revisions including those regulating itinerant vendors, multi-family housing density and frontage requirements, and subdivisions.

Planners will meet at 6:30 p.m. at the Manchester Town Office.

They are scheduled to discuss several proposed ordinance revisions, including adding residential road standards for lower impact development and Shoreland and Resource Protection District residential site plan application requirements.

The board is also scheduled to hear reports from Code Enforcement Officer Paul Mitnik about a conditional-use permit for Manchester Motors and enforcement action at 18 Moose Trail.

Board members are also scheduled to review the wording of ordinance revisions for town meeting warrant articles that have been completed, including regulations for campgrounds and private campsites, inspection fees, a time limit for incomplete applications before a new application and fee are required, and contractor certification in the Shoreland and Resource Protection districts.
