Blanchette, a member of the class of 2014, is a graduate of Hall-Dale High School.

Charles is majoring in animal science.

MEDFORD, Mass.. — Two local students, Taylor Schwartz of Manchester, Maine, and Benjamin Barnes of Readfield, Maine, have been named to the fall 2012 semester dean’s list at Tufts University.

Daggett named to

fall dean’s list

BURLINGTON, Vt. — Benjamin Daggett of Litchfield, Maine, has been named to the fall 2012 semester dean’s list at the University of Vermont.

Daggett is a sophomore at the university, where he is studying pre-veterinary science.

Godfrey named to

Penn State dean’s list

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Thomas Godfrey, son of Al and Barbara Godfrey of Gardiner, Maine, has been named to the fall 2012 semester dean’s list at the Pennsylvania State University, University Park.

Godfrey is a freshman business administration major with an intended concentration in marketing psychology. He is a 2012 graduate of Gardiner Area High School.
