MANCHESTER — The Planning Board meets Tuesday at 6:30 at the Manchester Town Office to consider a modification to a subdivision plan.
Bruce Cameron is seeking to add three lots to a four-lot subdivision on Readfield Road approved by planners in October 2000.
The site is in the town’s community residential district.
The board is also scheduled to hear a report from Code Enforcement Officer Paul Mitnik on zoning change notifications to affected property owners.
Also on the board’s agenda is discussion of ordinance revisions including those regarding itinerant vendors, multi-family density and frontage requirements, and taking the fee schedule out of the ordinance.
