The Thurston Park Committee in China is giving nature lovers a rare opportunity to show their devotion to the outdoors by offering an online naming contest for two trails and four massive trees.

A 14-mile chase that roared through Augusta city streets Saturday evening and along Interstate 95 ended with the arrest in West Gardiner of Jed St. Hilaire, 34, of Augusta, a suspect in two robberies, according to police.
