WATERVILLE — The Maine Children’s Home for Little Wanderers recently announced the agency has postponed its Bowl-athon event fundraiser to Sept. 7, 13 and 14 at Sparetime Recreation in Augusta and Waterville, and Central Maine Family Fun Center in Skowhegan.

The event originally was scheduled for May 4, 10 and 11.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the agency’s summer camp scholarship program.

The decision to postpone the event was made to provide the opportunity for the community to support the Big Brothers Big Sisters largest annual fundraiser, Bowl for Kids’ Sake, scheduled for April 22-27.
