Arrests

IN WATERVILLE, Monday at 3:26 p.m., Barbara Outten, 19, of 4 Halde St., arrested on charges of operating while her license was suspended and failure to register a motor vehicle, on Water Street.

Also at 3:26 p.m., Jeanette Crawford, 39, of 4 Halde St., Apartment 1, was arrested on charges of assault and refusing to submit to arrest, on Water Street.

6:41 p.m., Paul Bragdon, 33, of 150 College Ave., Apartment 9, was arrested on a charge of domestic-violence assault, on College Avenue.
