MADISON — The Memorial Day p will begin at 10 a.m. Monday starting in Anson. Madison Post 39 American Legion Commander Ralph Withee will speak at the Anson Veterans Memorial. The parade will continue to Madison Library where Withee will present the Memorial Day message followed by the NCB39 Sea Cadets presenting the Table For One (POW/MIA Ceremony). The parade will then continue up Main Street to Madison Junoir High School.

Members of the Madison American Legion and Ladies Auxiliary will conduct a 1 p.m. Memorial Day Ceremony at the Joseph Quirion Monument in East Madison and at 2 p.m. at the Community Center/Town Office in Starks.
