SKOWHEGAN — For any business in Somerset County looking to strengthen their knowledge and skills in customer service, there will be an advanced customer service training workshop to help provide a means to learn these techniques. This is an opportunity that will enable businesses to train their employees to use customer actions in helping their business grow. Being helmed by accomplished instructor Kathleen Lewia, this workshop will be open to any business that wants to register.
