WINSLOW — David and Diane Szabo of Winslow have announced the engagement of their daughter, Rebecca Jane Szabo of Winslow to Christopher Lloyd Carter of South China, son of Lloyd and Janice Carter of Saranac, N.Y.
Rebecca earned an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science from Kennebec Valley Community College, and is attending Central Maine Medical Center College of Nursing in Lewiston. She is employed per diem at Maine General in Waterville.
Christopher earned a Doctor of Pharmacology from the College of Pharmacy in Albany, N.Y. He is employed at Togus in Augusta.
An August 2013 wedding is planned.
