JACKMAN — To honor the memories of two young community family members, organizers are working to establish a memorial scholarship funds in the names of Brooke Giroux and Jessica Worster.
Organizers seek to honor the young women by establishing two ongoing scholarship funds in their names. It is also a chance to offer support and respect for their families and friends.
Each scholarship will be administered through the auspices of School Administrative District 12. In addition, the families of each of these young women will have a say in determining the scholarship criteria that has been established in their daughter’s name and to whom it is given.
If any of our community members, individuals and businesses, are interested in contributing to one or both of the scholarship funds, please make donations through the school. For Giroux, it would be S.A.D. 12 — The Brooke Giroux Memorial Scholarship Fund. For Worster, it would be S.A.D. #12 — The Jessica Worster Memorial Scholarship Fund.
