Wood named Caregiver of the Year
FARMINGTON — Surgical Services Director Rebecca Wood was recently named Caregiver of the Year for Franklin Memorial Hospital according to a press release from Gerald Cayer, executive vice president. Cayer made the announcement during a recent manager’s meeting, praising Wood’s 14 years of service at the facility.
Industry plans Fourth of July events
INDUSTRY — The Fourth of July activities will include the following; a boat parade at dusk on Friday; a Group Paddle will begin at 7:30 a.m. Saturday; fireworks will be Saturday at dusk (rain date: Sunday). Cost is $10 per vehicle.
