Healthy Community Coalition announces September schedule

FARMINGTON — The Healthy Community Coalition of Greater Franklin County recently announced its September schedule for Mobile Health Unit outreach events. Staff will offer services such as blood pressure and cholesterol checks, body composition analysis, information on cancer prevention, nutrition, physical activity and tobacco, one-on-one health counseling and Maine Breast and Cervical Health Program information and other health assistance programs.
