GARDINER — “The Early Evening Show” will be presented at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Johnson Hall Performing Arts Center.

The show is a spoof of late-night talk shows and is hosted by funny man Mike Miclon (the new executive/artistic director at Johnson Hall). “The Early Evening Show” has been performed from Maine to Switzerland and built it’s reputation with a 14-year run at the Oddfellow Theater in Buckfield, as stated in a news release. It comes complete with an eccentric cast of characters including Dickie Hyper-Hynie, Moto Hoonchbach and the Early Evening Show Orchestra.

This month’s show will feature singer Erika Olver, of Winterport, winner of the teen category at the River Fest talent show as well as other surprise guests.

Doors open at 7 p.m. Tickets are $16 for adults, $14 for seniors and $12 for children 12 and under. Tickets can be purchased online at www.johnsonhall.org or by calling the Johnson Hall box office at 582-7144. Johnson Hall is loacted at 280 Water St. in Gardiner.
