Evangeline C. Arris, 42, of Readfield, operating under the influence May 29 in Augusta; $500 fine, 96 hour jail sentence, 90 day license suspension.

Brian Berrick, 46, of Augusta, criminal attempt July 15 in Augusta; 30 day jail sentence.

Timothy K. Burnham, 30, of North Monmouth, operating under the influence March 28 in Monmouth; $500 fine, 90 day license suspension.

Sandra D. Christie, 49, of Hallowell, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, Sept. 20 in Augusta; 24 hour jail sentence.

Michael G. Feeley, 35, of Augusta, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, Aug. 16 in Augusta; three day jail sentence.

Elizabeth Gray, 18, of Chelsea, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer July 12 in Gardiner; $200 fine.

Robert J. Grenier, 39, of Augusta, violating condition of release and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, both Aug. 9 in Augusta; $400 fine.

Shelly L. Hodgkins, 40, of Chelsea, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer June 22, 2012, in Augusta; $200 fine, $500 restitution.

Francis M. Huston, 42, of Richmond, operating under the influence Aug. 15 in Augusta; $500 fine, 90 day license suspension.

Karl Kittredge, 30, of Augusta, assault Jan. 25 in Augusta; $500 fine.

Karen J. Lea, 38, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer May 19, violating condition of release May 27 and two counts operating while license suspended or revoked, May 7 and May 15, all in Augusta; $1,300 in fines.

Joseph P. Manganella, 32, of Windsor, sale and use of drug paraphernalia June 16 in Augusta; $300 fine.

Ernest P. O’Connor, 53, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer July 26 in Augusta; nine month jail sentence.

Michael St. Pierre, 35, of Augusta, criminal mischief and operating under the influence, both Aug. 10 in Augusta; seven day jail sentence, $700 fine, three year license suspension.

Justin M. Steward, 30, of Farmingdale, unlawful possession of scheduled drug and violating condition of release, both Sept. 21 in Farmingdale; $400 fine, 48 hour jail sentence.

John J. Trott, 48, of Augusta, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce, July 23 in Augusta; $350 fine.

Maxim L. Zhdanov, 32, of Gorham, operating or permitting operation of a motorboat without valid identification number Aug. 13 in Winthrop; $100 fine.
