SOUTH PORTLAND — Kelly Chamberlain and Peter McFarland IV were married Aug. 10, 2013 at the First Congregational Church in South Portland.

The bride is the daughter of Allen and Johna Chamberlain of Vassalboro. The groom is the son of Debra McFarland of Winslow and Peter McFarland III of Standish.

The maid of honor was Katie Chamberlain. Bridesmaids were Melissa Couture, Jamie Hainer, Kathleen Cowperthwaite, Randa Vashon, and Laura LePage. The flower girls were Hannah and Sarah Smyth.

Jared LePage was the best man. Groomsmen were Donald Couture, Franz Oberlerchner, Omid Afshari, and Joseph Sturtevant. The ring bearer was Ryan Smyth.

A reception was held at Spring Point in South Portland.

Mrs. McFarland is a 2001 graduate of Winslow High School. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Education from University of Maine 2006 and a Master of Science in Literacy from University of New England 2010. She is a first grade teacher in Saco.

Peter also graduated from Winslow High School in 2001. He received a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy 2007 and a Master of Science in Pharmacy Administration from St John’s University 2009. He is a medical science liaison at Teva Pharmaceuticals.

The couple reside in South Portland.
