FARMINGTON — A Farmington Falls man was indicted Wednesday in Franklin County Court on charges of repeatedly assaulting a woman and holding her against her will in her home.
Benjamin Rush, 30, is facing charges of class B aggravated assault and class D criminal restraint after police say he stopped the woman twice from leaving her house, strangled her and assaulted her.
Rush was originally charged with kidnapping and aggravated assault, but the kidnapping charge was amended to criminal restraint, according to the court documents.
