OAKLAND — Messalonskee High School Principal Jon Moody recently announced that Amanda Knight, Peter Littlefield, Mikayla Turner and Eric Van Der Karr have been named Commended Students in the 2014 National Merit Scholarship Program. A Letter of Commendation from the school and the National Merit Scholarship Corporation, which conducts the program, will be presented by the principal to these scholastically talented seniors.
