SOUTH CHINA — Cory Pedersen and Emma Wilkinson, students at Erskine Academy, have been named commended students in the 2014 National Merit Scholarship Program.
Commended students placed among the top five percent of students who entered the 2014 National Merit Scholarships competition. They will receive a letter of commendation from their school and the National Merit Scholarship Program in recognition of this honor.
Pedersen is son of Bonnie and John Pedersen of Whitefield. Wilkinson is daughter of Kelly and Joel Wilkinson of Windsor.
