CHELSEA — A building fire on Mud Mill Road was reported Friday night, according to an emergency dispatch report.
A fire was reported in a building on the road, between routes 17 and 105. Only a small, southern portion of the road is in Chelsea, indicating close proximity to Route 17, or Eastern Avenue, the main road between Augusta and Rockland.
Town fire officials didn’t immediately return messages seeking comment Friday night. Emergency dispatch reports are unofficial.
