Respondents were unable to locate the accident and returned to quarters, according to a police report. A Clinton man, Edward A. Wood, 67, of Pleasant Street, was later summoned on a charge of failure to a make oral or written report of a accident.

IN FAIRFIELD, Thursday, at 9:25 p.m., David K. Moore, 54, of Main Street, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence, operating a vehicle without a license, and attaching false plates, on Main Street.
IN OAKLAND, Thursday, at 12:07 p.m., Justin William Bowden, 22, of Bowden Road, Corinna, was arrested on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked, on Kennedy Memorial Drive.
IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Friday at 2:38 a.m., Christopher Ernest Humphrey, 30, of Jackman, arrested on several warrants for unpaid fines and a probation revocation.
6:28 a.m., Cameron Edward Porter, 23, of Oakland, arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.
10:42 a.m., Kenneth Panzarella, 49, of Detroit, arrested on a charge of criminal trespass.
IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 10:05 a.m., Steven Fernald, 24, of Waterville, arrested on High Street on a warrant for violating the conditions of lease on a shoplifting charge.
