AUGUSTA — Karyn Wheeler and Nicholas Rossi, both of Augusta, are pleased to announce their engagement. Karyn is the daughter of Sheila Wheeler, also of Augusta. Nick is the son of Steve and Christine Rossi, of Cape Neddick.

Karyn is employed as a project manager by Goold Health Systems, an Emdeon company, in Augusta.

Nick is employed as a bladesmithing instructor by New England School of Metalwork in Auburn.

An Oct. 11, 2014, wedding is planned in Lewiston.
