WATERVILLE — J. P. and Katherine Joly Devine, of Waterville, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Dawn Marie Devine, of Los Angeles, Calif., to Richard Sieloff, of Detroit, Mich.
Devine is a graduate of Marlborough School for Girls and Colby College, where she received a bachelor’s degree in English and art history with a minor in creative writing. She is employed as the western region sales manager for Alexander Street Press.

Sieloff is a graduate of Flat Rock High School and Eastern Michigan University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in industrial design. He is employed as the art department leadman for the ABC television show “Grey’s Anatomy.”
A Labor Day weekend wedding is planned on the coast of Maine.
