Recent newspaper articles have explained Gov. Paul LePage’s request for welfare reform, but Democrats do not seem to get the need for welfare reform.
Democrats don’t seem to have any awareness of how to address the unemployment aspect of welfare reform.
What about people who do not actively seek out employment because state benefits are better than being employed? I think any rational person would recognize this as a problem.
Do Democrats really think it is appropriate for people to have children while they’re on welfare?
Are the Democrats really that out of touch with reality?
