MANCHESTER — Wendy and Thomas Bean, of Manchester, have announced the engagement of their son, Corey Bean, to Anna Parks, daughter of Mark and Julie Parks, of Flatwoods, Ky.

The future groom received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Merrimack College.

He is employed as a senior data assurance specialist by PricewaterhouseCoopers in Washington, D.C.

The future bride graduated from Harding University with a bachelor of fine arts degree in graphic design. She is employed as a graphic designer by CBRE in Washington, D.C.

A May 2014 wedding is planned, and the couple will reside in Alexandria, Va.
